Ok so the SV 300 from HSV may not be the best performed 4-door in the world but its 0-100km/h in 5.1 seconds and quarter mile times are not to shabby and with a top speed of over 255 km/h it can stretch it's legs with some of the best.  The HSV vehicles are constructed seperate from Holden who supply the original vehicle.  HSV is part of the Tom Walkinshaw Group which is also well known for his exploits on the track in Europe and Australia.  Holden is expanding its range and it's exports throughout the world which will soon include America with a new coupe. HSV has a complete range of vehicles from the base Clubsport to the luxury Grange and to the 350 kW Maloo ute which you will also find on this site.  The SV300 uses the luxury of the Senator as its trim and the Clubsports tail to help hold it on the road. The SV300 can hold it's own against some of the best cars in the business and has a skidpad rating of 0.85g.  It has been compared in power and handling to the BMW M5 and can beat this machine around the Nurburgring although the gearbox is slightly laggy compared with the M5 it would still put a look of dispair on the beemer driver as you drove past him on the outside of a corner at speed! Available in Phantom Black, HSV Racing Green and Hackett Gold it is extrememly good value at under US$50,000.
